BN88 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1Eligibility

To register and use BN88 you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BN88 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit underage users under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual, for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial or professional use of BN88 for resale or third-party profit is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of BN88 or its affiliated service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are legally restricted from entering contracts in your jurisdiction, you may not use BN88.
• By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied and that you accept personal responsibility for ensuring your continued compliance.

2Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one BN88 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created by the same person under different names, different email addresses or different payment details — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, BN88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. BN88 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including live chat or email.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify BN88 support immediately. BN88 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to secure their login credentials.

BN88 may require identity verification at any stage — particularly before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3Deposits and Payments

All deposits on BN88 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, mobile wallets and cards. Deposits are typically reflected in your BN88 balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to someone other than the registered BN88 account holder — are not permitted. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated BN88 account suspended.

• BN88 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier screen within your account.
• BN88 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large or repeated deposits.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your BN88 balance and used for betting or gaming activity.

4Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard practice to reduce the risk of fraud and to ensure funds return to the original source. If a withdrawal to the original method is not possible, BN88 may request additional verification before processing via an alternative method.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and the time of the withdrawal request, but BN88 aims to process approved withdrawals as promptly as possible. Bank transfers may take slightly longer than mobile wallet withdrawals due to banking processing times.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before being approved, especially for first-time withdrawal requests or amounts above a certain threshold.
• Any bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements must be fully wagered before the associated balance can be withdrawn.
• BN88 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, abuse or a terms violation is suspected, pending investigation.
• Withdrawal of original deposits that have not been used for any betting or gaming activity may be subject to review.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on BN88 are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when it has been accepted by the platform and a bet reference number has been generated. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where the cash out feature is available and the player chooses to use it before the event concludes.

BN88 offers betting on cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), football, esports and a range of other sports. Betting markets are subject to availability and may be suspended or restricted at any time — for example, when a match is in progress and live data is delayed, or when unusual betting patterns are detected.

• Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. The potential return shown in your bet slip includes your original stake.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled without a result being declared, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific settlement rules for each market are available within the platform.
• BN88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an obvious pricing error occurred, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Accumulators require all selections to win. If any leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining legs.
• Attempts to exploit pricing errors, latency in live odds or any other technical advantage are considered abuse and may result in bet voidance and account suspension.

6Casino and Games

BN88 provides access to online casino games including slots, live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), crash games and other titles available in the game lobby. All games are provided by third-party software suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game at the live studio.

The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) for each game is set by the software provider and is not controlled by BN88. RTP information is typically available within the game's information or help section. All game results are final once the round is completed and winnings have been credited.

• BN88 is not responsible for interruptions to game sessions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on BN88's side, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state where possible.

7Bonuses and Promotions

BN88 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and take precedence over any general statement made elsewhere on the platform.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Using multiple accounts, coordinating play with other accounts, or exploiting bonus terms through systematic strategies is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• BN88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited to an account at the time of cancellation will be handled according to the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without meeting the stated wagering conditions.

8User Conduct

All users are expected to use the BN88 platform in good faith and for legitimate personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or using someone else's identity or details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal manual play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute any deposit made to BN88 through your payment provider without first contacting BN88 support.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward BN88 support staff or other users.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs or errors. Any bugs discovered should be reported to support immediately. Exploiting a known bug will be treated as a terms violation.

BN88 monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account that shows unusual patterns. Investigations may result in temporary account restrictions while they are ongoing. BN88's decisions regarding conduct violations are final.

9Responsible Gaming

BN88 is an entertainment platform and should be used as such. We strongly encourage all players to set personal budgets before depositing and to treat any losses as the cost of entertainment, not as a financial problem to be solved by further play. • Your account data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption practices.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data BN88 holds about you by contacting support.
• Requests to delete personal data will be considered, though BN88 may be required to retain certain records for a defined period for fraud prevention and audit purposes.

11Account Suspension and Termination

BN88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where a breach of these terms is suspected or confirmed. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or serious terms violations, account funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting BN88 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after identity confirmation.

• Accounts inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy review. Players will be notified before any action is taken on an inactive account.
• Appeals against account closures or fund withholding decisions can be submitted to BN88 support in writing. BN88 will review all appeals within a reasonable timeframe.
• Decisions made following a full investigation are final and binding.

12Changes to These Terms
